Dr Kelly Upcott - Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Kelly Upcott obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Windsor before graduating from the four-year naturopathic program at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2003. Dr. Upcott uses nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, acupuncture, and lifestyle counselling in practice. She enjoys working with families and has a special interest in chronic inflammatory conditions, digestive disorders and women’s health issues. Kelly has published articles in the Metro and Windsor Body Magazine.
Focusing on prevention and the use of natural substances and treatments, Dr. Upcott’s aim is to stimulate the body’s ability to heal itself. Her primary goal is to address the root cause of illness, rather than simply to treat or suppress symptoms. Each patient is treated as a whole person and their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions are taken into account when diagnosing and developing a treatment plan.
“I believe it is the combination of the healing power of nature and scientific methods that makes naturopathic medicine an important system of medicine for today’s health care. Now, more than ever, naturopathic doctors are poised to play a significant role in addressing some of the critical issues facing our health care system in Ontario, including the shortage of family physicians and the over-prescribing of pharmaceutical drugs.”

Laura Papasodaro - Registered Massage Therapist
Laura has been in practice since 1999 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She holds certificates in myofascial release and trigger point therapy with her clinical focus being on stress and pain relief.
Working in a multi-disciplinary wellness center has enabled her to treat and learn from patients with severe and chronic injuries.
"I view massage therapy as a vital component of today's wellness care model. Prevention is key to a healthy lifestyle!"

Deborah Koumoutsidis - Registered Massage Therapist
Deborah graduated from the CCHST and became registered under the CMTO in 2005. While completing her massage training she trained as a doula and later became certified through Doulas Of North America.
During her work as a massage therapist and doula, Deborah developed a desire to focus on the special needs of expectant mothers, and became certified in pre- and perinatal massage therapy. She uses a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to support the changing structure of families, during pregnancy, birth and early infancy. Deborah’s focus has always been on her ever growing clientele – a very diverse and interesting group of wonderful people. Deborah believes that families deserve to empower themselves to make good choices in pregnancy and birth by learning how to ask questions and effectively communicate with the caregiver of choice. Good childbirth education combined with a support team that will support you in your goals and wishes is the key to a successful childbirth experience.
"During my several years in practice as a massage therapist and doula, I have been heartened to witness the increased interest in physical therapies and complimentary health care. It has been gratifying to be part of this shift, and I continue to derive great satisfaction from my work.
Learning is one of my passions. I don’t believe there is ever a good time to limit someones desire to improve their mind!"
